Shipping policy
MyGlowyOrb partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers—allowing us to ship directly to your door while proudly offering flat-rate worldwide shipping.
You will be charged when your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Shipping Process
We require 2–5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues.
Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We ship during business days only and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in manufacturing partners’ locations.
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.
For some shipping companies, tracking information may take several days to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please contact us.

Shipping time varies by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed. Below are our estimated delivery times for reference:

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, MyGlowyOrb is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are charged once the shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
MyGlowyOrb has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
MyGlowyOrb is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please report the issue directly to the shipping carrier and file a claim.
We use timestamp and delivery confirmation data from the carrier when reviewing claims. Claims that are not reported promptly may not be honored.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Orders are processed immediately, so we cannot make changes once an order has been placed.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
